Welcome to Piscataquis Valley Adult Education Cooperative (PVAEC)!

Whether you’re finishing your high school diploma, preparing for a new career, or just looking to try something new, we’re here to support your goals. We offer a wide range of classes for adults of all ages — from high school completion (including both traditional diplomas and HiSET) to hands-on training like Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) programs. We also have enrichment classes that cover everything from art and fitness to cooking and tech.

We’re proud to offer Maine College and Career Access (MCCA) services to help you build skills for work, training, or further education — whatever your path looks like.

At PVAEC, we believe learning should be welcoming, inclusive, and personal. Our mission is to celebrate diversity and help every student feel like they belong here — because they do.
