This 60 minute, energetic, fun-filled dance fitness class features a fusion of easy to follow dance moves, resistance training, yoga and kickboxing, all choreographed to popular music! The class is designed for all fitness levels with safe and effective moves to give a total body workout! Students should bring a mat and weights. Class meets Tuesdays and Thursdays. *No Class: 11/11, 11/25, 11/27, 12/23, 12/25, 12/30, 1/1, 2/17, 2/19.
