In this class, we will be using a combination of soft flowing and strengthening exercises, gentle stretching and balance postures focusing on postural alignment, focused breathing and a meditative mindset. Free the mind of distracting thoughts, expectations, and anxiety in order to experience centering, balance, reduce stress, develop strength, flexibility and gain personal control. 18 yrs. old and above.
