Have you been eyeing those fabulous chunky blankets you’ve been seeing at expensive home décor shops? In this workshop, you will learn how to make your own! Using buttery-soft jumbo yarn, you will create a scrumptious blanket using a simple hand-weaving technique. Choose from an array of beautiful colors! Absolutely no knitting, crocheting, or weaving experience is necessary. A $55 materials fee is due to the instructor immediately following registration and is non-refundable after yarn orders are placed. The dimensions of the finished blanket are approx 4.5' x 6' - it varies a little bit due to differences in how tightly/loosely people work. *The deadline to register for this workshop is 1/6 due to pre-order requirements. In this class, we will follow step by step instructions to create a uniquely folded occasion greeting card. We will also create a carnival themed slimline card. You will choose the sentiments to make them birthday, get well, friends, etc. Precut kits and envelopes are provided. Participants need a pair of scissors and colored pencils or markers.
