Through calming breathwork, body-based relaxation, and restorative practices, you’ll soothe your nervous system and offer your body and mind the deep rest they deserve. This retreat is designed for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. Activities include: Guided relaxation practices, Guided meditation for rest and renewal, Gentle & restorative movement, and Journaling or quiet reflection. Please bring: A yoga mat, a journal, and anything that supports your comfort—such as a blanket, cushion, or eye pillow.
